Operations Executive (Vessel operations/ Fleet/ Bunker Industry)
Location: Cecil Street ( Nearest MRT - Raffles Place - 4 minutes’ walk)
Working hours: 5 Days per week: Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic up to $5200 + AWS
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Monitoring and planning the operation schedule in ensuring smooth vessel operations throughout the fleet.
Receive and allocating job orders to Cargo Officer.
Timely liaising with agents and manage bunkers and terminal loadings.
Maintaining an organized filing system, managing records, and updating databases.
Planning the job schedule for smooth operations of the fleet on daily basis.
Maintain close contact with ship agencies for timely updates.
Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects, and activities as and when required.
Overall, an Operations Executive should be able to multitask, work independently, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or degree in any field.
Several years of experience in the maritime industry, with at least a few years in a bunkering industry with boarding experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills, extensive knowledge of electrical systems and codes, ability to read and interpret blueprints, and proficiency in project management.
