Sales Manager Required in Singapore


Job Description

Sales Manager (Home Appliances/B2B/B2C) – Up to $7,000 + AWS

Location : East – Loyang Way   

Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm | Saturday 9am to 12pm   

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Up to $7,500 + AWS Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Duration : Permanent

Responsibilities:


Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for B2B and B2C channels to achieve revenue targets.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Plan and execute successful roadshows and seasonal promotions to boost brand visibility and sales.

Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, including budgeting, logistics, and performance tracking.

Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and online sales channels.

Collaborate with digital marketing teams to drive traffic and conversion rates.

Establish and nurture relationships with dealers and distributors to maximize sales opportunities.

Ensure proper training and support to partners to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.

Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve organizational goals.

Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales initiatives.

Performance Analysis & Reporting & Customer Relationship Management

 


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably handling both B2B and B2C sectors.

Proficiency in online sales channels and e-commerce platforms.

Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools.

Strong experience in organizing roadshows, seasonal promotions, and dealer distributions.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak mandarin
