The Opportunity
Focus: SME with knowledge in Public Sector Procurement and Budgeting
Office location: Singapore
Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hour)
This role is starting off as contract position
The Talent
4- 5 years of Budgeting and Finance experience in Government/ Public Sector
Microsoft Office Applications
Stakeholder management
Excellent verbal communication and coordination skills
Min preferably Diploma or equivalent
The Job
As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will be responsible for working closely with client project teams to provide expertise (functional, technical, industry, tools/methods) to ensure successful solution design and delivery. You are expected to be a SME with deep knowledge in Public Sector Procurement and budgeting, familiar with government financial systems, procurement fameworks, and regulations.
Lead and facilitate discussions with client project teams to provide expert advice on Public Sector Procurement and Budgeting
Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for government budgeting and procurement management
Present on industry trends and best practices in public sector procurement at client meeting
Collaborate with internal teams to drive business area decisions and goals
Provide thought leadership on procurement and budgetary strategies and processes
