Project Manager (Construction / Interior Design/ Furniture Industry) -Up to $5500
Location : Toa Payoh Industrial (Bus stop nearby)
Working hours : 5.5 days a week - Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm / Sat from 9am to 1pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross Up to $5500 - Basic up to $5000 + $300 Transport Allowance if owns a vehicle + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual leave

Main Responsibilities:
Planning/Controlling/Monitoring/Managing & Directing the assigned project resources to best meet project objective.
Ensures all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented.
Efficient management of resources and materials
Responsible for project and site supervision, attend site meetings, coordination with sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants and clients and all scope of work that is required in the smooth implementation of a successful project development.
Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage material at the construction site to ensure zero wastage and no overstock of material.
Manage manpower and overtime costs to ensure optimal cost-benefit within or below budget.
Coordinate and communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min 3 years of relevant experiences in Interior Fit-out Industry
Minimum higher NITEC / Diploma holders or candidates with relevant experience and proven track records will also be considered.
Experience in Construction / Interior Design/ Furniture Industry will be an added advantage.
Able to start work within short notice preferred.
