HR Associate (West)

Job Hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Job Location: Jurong East

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process and manage strategic initiative such as graduate hire programs, internships, job fairs, etc.

Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with both internal and external sourcing channels

Update internal databases with new hire information

Prepare HR documentation for employees P-files and prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics

Assist with employee benefits administration and coordinate employee events and activities

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal requirements related to HR and Admin activities

Manage payroll transactions and provide orientations for new employees

Job Requirements:

Possess a Diploma or its equivalent in HR

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and/or administrative support roles

Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of HRIS and payroll software is preferred

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
