Position: IT Executive
Location: Pandan Road
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Oversee the infrastructure in the organization
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users related to computer systems, hardware, and software
Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware and software
Manage external vendors in providing technical support to other departments and ensure the timely resolution of issues
Setup and manage firewall
Manage Servers, Microsoft Office 365, Onedrive, Sharepoint for the Company
Requirements:
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
Minimum Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT systems
Prior experience with Microsoft Technologies such as Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365
