Admin Assistant
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Arrange maintenance servicing/scheduling and repair work
Answering phone calls and provide quotations
Assisting in transport arrangement (Grab)
Arrangement of spare parts for Technicians
Maintenance contract renewal and handle purchase order
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
At least 'N' Level and 1 year of administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words/Excel etc)
