Accounts Assistant (AP/AR/GL) - Up to $3200 + VB - Kranji Loop
Location : North - Kranji Loop (Straight Bus 925 From Woodlands Interchange)
Working hours : Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm | Alternate Saturday 8.30am to 1pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,200 + OT Claimable + Variable Bonus + Up to 16 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Health Insurance + Dental Panel Clinic Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Handling AP, AR & GL
Handle petty cash disbursement and process staff claims
Bank reconciliation
Deposit paid/received schedule
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Finance/Accounting with at least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Proficient in MS Excel & Words, SAP
Bilingual in English and mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients who can only speak mandarin.
