Responsibilities:
- Manage overseas inter-company AR & AP netting, including checking, clearing, and closing statements
- Handle TT remittances for overseas agents, use banking systems for AR/AP templates, and manage MUFG declarations
- Use SAP to clear transactions, offset balances, and pull invoices from international databases
- All settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP
- Prepare monthly AR statements, analyze aging reports, work on audit papers
- Proper documentation & supporting documents & filing
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. 2-3 year of relevant experience
- Min. Diploma in Accounting / LCCI
