Logistics Operation Assistant / Senior Assistant Executive (Warehouse Supervisor)
Salary: Up to $3,700/month
Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm
Location: Yishun
What You'll Do
Oversee daily warehouse operations
Manage inventory and stock accuracy
Lead and guide warehouse team members
Coordinate shipments and logistics activities
Ensure workplace safety and compliance
Support process improvement initiatives
Prepare operational reports using WMS
What We're Looking For
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of logistics/warehouse experience
Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
Familiar with WMS and Microsoft Office
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
