Basic Up to $2500 + AWS + VB + PB
Job Scope:
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
Prepare shipping and import/export documents
Monitor shipment status and delivery schedules
Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams
Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Min Diploma and above
Min 1 year relevant customer service experience
