Position: Business Analyst

Location: One North

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Monthly Salary: up to $8,000 per month

Contract Type: Full-Time, 10 Months 

Responsibilities:

Elicit and document business and user requirements, translating them into clear and concise user stories.

Analyze requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, business models, and processes.

Collaborate with UX designers to plan, organize, and facilitate research activities, including product conceptualization workshops and usability testing.

Work with Quality Engineers and business users to plan and execute performance testing of the system.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), monitoring progress, and ensuring acceptance criteria are met.

Required Work Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within government or enterprise settings.

Experience with agile development practices and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an agile environment.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation.

Familiarity with UX design principles and how they relate to business analysis.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies would be an advantage.

Experience in government projects or large-scale enterprise systems is a plus.
