Position: Operations Executive (TRANSPORT SCHEDULE | Buses/Drivers)
Location: Braddell
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 Basic Salary + AWS + Peformance Bonus + Employee benefits
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients on their requirements
Coordinating the assignment of drivers, escorts and vehicles to support clients’ requirements
Managing day-to-day deployment of buses, drivers, and escorts
Supporting Operations in routine tasks like scheduling, invoicing, reporting etc
Conducting incident and accident investigation and report writing where necessary
Performing any other relatable duties as assigned by Reporting Officer
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
Has relevant experience related to transport or bus operations
Minimum Diploma in any field
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT applications
Preferably with Class 3 / 3A driving licence
