Procurement & Event Executive


Location : Jurong East


Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM


Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,700 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus + 12 Days Annual Leave


Duration : Permanent


Industry : Events


Responsibilities:


Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for event-related goods and services


Obtain competitive quotes, evaluate options, and manage procurement budgets


Track orders, ensure timely deliveries, and coordinate logistics for event materials


Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and explore new vendor opportunities


Work closely with event planners and operations team to understand procurement needs


Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures


Assist with post-event reconciliation, invoicing, and supplier feedback


Requirements:


Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (preferably in events or hospitality)


Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Events Management, or related field is an advantage


Willing to go for occasional site visits or weekend work depending on event schedules


Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can converse in Mandarin only
