As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Provide support for daily operational and administrative tasks
Handle HR-related purchase orders and invoices, and secure the necessary approvals for payment
Gather required documentation to set up new employees’ personnel files and update the HR system
Issue staff passes for new hires or arrange replacements for existing employees
Draft HR correspondence, including bond agreements, certificates of employment, and confirmation letters
Assist with the coordination and organization of HR events, staff engagement initiatives, and training programs
Undertake any additional duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
GCE 'O'/'A' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
