Attend to walk-in customers
Handle over-the-counter transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals accurately
Assist in customers' enquiries and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total
customer satisfaction
Prospect banking products and services to customers
Perform all banking activities in accordance with the bank's regulatory requirements
Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential
The Talent
No experience required
Prior experience in banking branch or in customer service is a strong advantage
Willing to learn and not afraid to face customers
IT savvy
Experienced with Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel (Simple functions)
