Merchandiser Required in Singapore


Job Description

Adecco is partnering with a local corporate gifting company specializing in customized promotional products and branded merchandise, and we are hiring a Merchandiser to join their business permanently! Reporting to the Senior Merchandiser, the successful incumbent will oversee corporate gift product offerings, ensuring a competitive and high-quality selection through sourcing, supplier management, market research, and pricing strategies.


Job Type: Full-time, permanent opportunity

Work Location: East region

Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm


The Job:


Manage supplier sourcing, onboarding, and pricing negotiations.

Oversee product uploads, pricing updates (SG & MY), and sample coordination.

Prepare biweekly product showcases for new launches.

Support sales with pricing checks, proposals, and supplier comms.

Assist in marketing events, promotions, and showroom/sample management.

Conduct market research and develop competitive pricing strategies.

The Talent:


Prior experience in merchandising, procurement/purchasing, product sourcing, e-commerce or marketing can be considered.

Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented with a good understanding of market trends and product positioning.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
