Position : Music/Arts Studio Receptionist - Retail Hours/Up to $4,500 (Upper Changi Rd)
Location : Upper Changi Road
Working hours : 5 Days Retail Hours (4 Weekdays + Sunday)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + Performance Bonus + 10 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Coordinate operational tasks, such as scheduling and inventory management
Provide customer service and support for students, parents, and visitors
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Oversee scheduling, studio bookings, and teacher availability
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
Assist with events, such as recitals and open houses
Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in a relevant field, such as business administration, arts
3-5 years of experience in operations, studio coordination, or administration
Experience in music schools, performing arts organizations, or educational institutions is preferred
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
