The Job


Provide administrative support to the Fleet Maintenance and Insurance teams.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and insurance documentation.

Assist in tracking fleet inventory and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for fleet maintenance and insurance tasks.

Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other relevant documents.

Respond promptly to inquiries related to day to day fleet operations.

Generate periodic reports for fleet maintenance and insurance claims
