Accounts Executive (Full Sets) - Up To $5,000 - East - Urgent Role
Location : East – Loyang Way
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:
Handling full sets of Accounts
Ensure all suppliers’ invoices are properly captured (matching Purchase Orders,
Delivery Orders and authorised approval, including verifying & classifying)
Perform monthly payments to the suppliers
Follow up on overdue accounts
Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of Diploma levels with at least 1 year of relevant experience
Familiar with using AutoCount
Immediate Starters have advantage
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with associates who can only speak Mandarin.
