Job Description

Position : HR Assistant Manager (HR Full Spectrum/ Payroll) - Central


 Location : Suntec City Tower 3 (Walking distance from MRTs)


 Working hours : 5 days work week; Monday - Friday,9am - 6pm


 Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary up to $4500 + AWS + Performance Bonus


 Duration : Permanent


 Industry : Largest Indoor Edutainment Centre


 


 


 Responsibilities:


Payroll processing, time attendance, work pass management, leave records, and employee benefits


Employee development, training, and statutory compliance


Recruitment, performance appraisal, and offboarding processes


HR strategy development, policy maintenance, and compliance with labor laws


Employee relations, investigations, and guidance for senior management


Administrative tasks, such as agreement maintenance, travel bookings, and expense claims


 


 


Requirements:


Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field


Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications


At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership role


Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws


Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
