Main Responsibilities
Provides support to the day-to-day operations and quality control of customer documentation services covering account maintenance and investment products
Scans, index and archives documents
Creating instructions in workflow
Ensures email queries are addressed timely
Regular communications with Branch and other ops units to follow up on issues and areas of concerns.
Involves in data remediation exercises
Provide regular status updates and escalate necessary issues to Department Head.
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manages
The Talent
At least 1 year relevant working experience in a banking ops position
Diploma in Banking & Finance/Business Administration
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Capacity to find creative solutions to enhance the process and increase efficiency
