Admin cum Accounts Assistant (Suntec City)
· Location : Suntec City
· Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
· Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave
· Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
· Assist Trading Dept to prepare/issue contracts, and other work-related duties,
· Assist Accounts Dept on daily basis eg. tallying of statements, arranging of courier, data entry, filing.
· Admin duties, eg. order of stationery
· Any other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
· Min Diploma in any field,
· Previously from Banking / Commodity Trading field will be an advantage
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
