Customer Service Officer cum Admin (Maid Agency) - Up to $3,500 - Kembangan
Location : Kembangan
Working hours : 5.25 Work Week - Monday to Friday: 10.00AM to 6.00PM, Alternate Saturday: 10.00AM to 2.00PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + 14 Days Annual Leave + AWS + WFH Flexibility from 2nd year of employment onwards

Responsibilities:
Sales work for agency
Answering Customer Inquiries
Addressing questions and concerns through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions
Investigating and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
Offering accurate and helpful information about products, services, and company policies.
Addressing customer grievances and concerns professionally.
Processing orders, returns, and refunds.
Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Escalating Issues: Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive issues to appropriate personnel.
Keeping up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.
Gathering customer feedback to improve service quality.
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay to liaise with Melayu speaking associates
Must be willing to take CEI FDW course and exam
No experience required, training will be provided
