Position Title: Administrator (Logistics and Purchasing)


Working Location: Ayer Rajah (Near MRT)


Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Thu (8.30AM - 6PM); Fri (8.30AM - 5.30PM)


Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus


Duration: Permanent




Key Responsibilities


Coordinate shipment arrangements, oversee receipt of goods, perform inventory audits, maintain accurate documentation, and organize stock storage.


Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are dispatched punctually, within budget, and delivered to the designated locations.


Handle the preparation of shipping documents, including airway bills, purchase orders, delivery orders, and certificates as needed.


Prepare export Letter of Credit (LC) documents for negotiation, ensuring strict adherence to the specified LC terms and requirements.


Apply knowledge of shipping incoterms correctly to facilitate international shipments.


Communicate with shipping lines, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure efficient clearance and movement of goods.


Monitor order status to guarantee prompt deliveries.


Oversee procurement activities and source materials or products efficiently.


Secure the most appropriate and cost-effective purchasing agreements.


Handle requests for spare parts by arranging prompt dispatch and delivery.


Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders for optimal business collaboration.

Minimum Higher Nitec or equivalent.


Preferably with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.


Knowledge of shipping incoterms is an added advantage.


Good communication skills and negotiation skills.


Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.
