Position Title: Admin Assistant / Registration Clerk


Working Location: City Hall


Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9.00am - 5.30pm)


Salary Package: Basic up to $3000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Yearly Increment


Duration: Permanent




Key Responsibilities


Prepare and submit documents for vessel registration.


Communicate and coordinate with ship owners, ship managers, lawyers, banks, and financial institutions.


Maintain accurate and up-to-date registration records.


Provide administrative support including scheduling and file management.


Respond to inquiries regarding vessel registration processes.


Other duties assigned by management.

Diploma in Maritime Business / Business Admin or equivalent.


Experience in an administrative role, maritime industry experience preferred.


Proficiency in MS Office and database management.


Individuals without experience are encouraged to apply, training is provided.
