Position Title: HR & Admin Executive
Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT)
Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Manage HR functions, including the implementation of HR policies, administration through Unit4 Prosoft HRMS, talent sourcing, employee onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefits, and staff training and development.
Assist management in administrative and operational workflows to maintain an efficient working environment.
Draft and prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acknowledgements, promotion notifications, and other related HR correspondence.
Handle the recruitment process, conducting interviews, reference checks, and managing the full cycle of employee integration, from onboarding to new hire orientation.
Identify manpower challenges and present effective recruitment strategies and plans to support organizational hiring goals.
Conduct exit interviews to obtain feedback for retention improvement and manage all aspects of employee exit and clearance processes.
Maintain and regularly update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Administer applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes, including handling security bonds and monitoring foreign worker quotas.
Process various insurance claims, and handle statutory submissions and claims, including CPF contributions, IR8A, IR21, NSman make-up pay, government-paid leave, and participate in surveys and grant applications required by MOM and other authorities.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including monthly salary computation, commission payments, and referral fees, ensuring all payments are timely, accurate, and compliant with company policy and statutory law.
Keep training records updated and coordinate training sessions and programs for employees as required.
Organize and coordinate meetings, company events, and similar activities to support effective company operations.
Manage the procurement and distribution of office supplies, business cards, company stamps, uniforms, and related items to employees.
Provide support in general office administration and handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
At least 3 years of HR experience.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is preferred.
Strong understanding of HR practices and Singapore's labour laws.
