Inside Sales/Sales Support/Customer Service Executive @ Kaki Bukit

Working hours : Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2800 + $100 - $200 Incentives + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Increment Yearly up to 21 Days)

Main Responsibilities:
Engage with warm leads generated by the discovery call team, providing personalized follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products/services.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed information on products, pricing, and order status.
Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
Comfortable with client-facing activities such as in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
Demonstrate the ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, delivering efficient and high-quality results
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
