Retail Associate (Mid-Tier Jewellery) – Basic $2,500 + Commission
Location : Orchard (ION/Takashimaya/Wisma Atria)
Working hours :6 Days Shift Work | 10am - 7pm OR 11am - 8pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic $2,500 + $75 Allowance + Commission of Average $300 - $1000 or more + OT Payable (Only during Busy Period) + 12 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Staff discounts

Main Responsibilities:
Engagement with customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
Provide prompt and efficient service to all customers.
Handle customer complaints, repairs, servicing and after sales services.
Monitor and manage inventory, including receiving of stocks and merchandise.
Manage cash for cash transactions
Prepare Daily Sales Report for submission to head office.
Share customer feedback with the Retail Store Manager.
Requirements:
Preferably with 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service.
Flexibility to work various shifts.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese customers who can converse in Mandarin only.
