Admin Assistant/Receptionist - $3,000 + Bonus - Orchard
Location : Orchard (Walking distance from Somerset MRT)
Working hours : 5 days , Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.45pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 days annual leaves +Medical + Dental

Main Responsibilities:
Answering of all incoming calls promptly
Manage conference room bookings and assist guests (directions, refreshments).
Maintain cleanliness and supplies in conference rooms & reception.
Handle couriers, mail distribution, and document recording.
Process cheques (photocopy, invoice logging) and forward to relevant departments.
Update staff movement records (MC/AL/meetings).
Organize outgoing mail (franking, SingPost dispatch) and track postage.
Supporting Manager with ad-hoc duties – guidance will be provided.
Requirements:
Minimum of Nitec in Administrative field with at least 1 year of experience.
Proficient in Basic Computer Skills & Microsoft Office
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
