Sales Admin/Coordinator
Location: Near Tai Seng MRT
Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3000 + VB + Medical Fees of $500 annually

Main Responsibilities:
Process buyers’ orders
Customer Service
To co-ordinate samples and work closely with production on order lead-times, handles day-to-day problems and ensure timely delivery
Liaise with suppliers and clients
Prepare quotations, tenders, purchase orders, delivery orders, data entry, etc.
Plan delivery schedule
Requirements:
Experience in garment industry with min. 2 years related working experience
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers only
