Sales Coordinator/Support (Shenton Way)
Location : Shenton Way
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3300 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 10 Days Annual Leave (2nd Year 14 Days)

Main Responsibilities:
Experience dealing with customers, creating quotations and invoices, and coordinating delivery dates.
Understanding of B2B (corporate sales).
Assist with basic supply chain and logistics.
Experience using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP). Ability to Handle multiple cases simultaneously.
Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
Min 1 year of sales support experience
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
