Sale Account Manager (Inside Sales / Software) - ALL SALES EXPERIENCE WELCOME

 Location: Joo Chiat Road (Nearest MRT - Marine Parade MRT)

 Working hours: 5 days work week: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

 Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4500+ Performance Bonus

 Duration: Permanent

 Main Responsibilities:

 Make outbound sales calls to assigned customers to reach sales goals.

 Provide customers with alternative brans products for EOL parts.

 Serve as primary contact between all sales channels, customers and internal department.

 Creatively solve problems to achieve sales and customers objectives.

 Develop and report competitive information on market conditions, account potential, industry trends and sales strategies.

 Effectively profile target accounts.

 Build and maintain strong relationships within the industry.

 Travel local and abroad to meet key customers face to face as needed.

 Perform other jobs duties as assigned.

 Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders

 Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed

 Gather useful information from customer and competitor data

 Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives

 Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business

 Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline

 Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business

 Track and report on the status of proposal components

 Conduct ongoing market research

 Requirements:

 Minimum Qualification: Diploma

 Candidates with relevant sales experience is preferred.

 If you do not have relevant sales or industry experience but possess a goal-oriented mindset and determination to learn from mistakes and try harder; if you are good with people and can communicate convincingly; we would love to speak to you.

 Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
