Customer Service Officer (Basic IT knowledge/ Support ticket Systems)
Location : Aljunied - (Nearest MRT: Aljunied)
Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday - Friday - 9am - 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross Up to $3000 + Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email,
Provide basic troubleshooting for common technical/system-related issues
Guide customers on system navigation or application processes
Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer requests or escalations
Maintain records of interactions and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in customer service preferred
Basic IT knowledge (e.g., able to understand web-based systems, troubleshoot login or usage issues)
Patient, proactive, and solution-oriented
Comfortable using CRM or support ticket systems (training can be provided)
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese customers who can converse in Mandarin only.
