Work with one of the leading logistic company
Location: Chinatown / Changi
Working hours: Airport T1: 9am - 6pm / 12pm- 9pm Chinatown: 10am-7pm/ 1pm-10pm
Working days: 5 days per week
Contract: 1 month - 3months - can renew/convert!!
Salary: up to $3,000
The Requirement:
At least with 1 years of relevant receptionist/office fronting experience
Must be able to commit weekends and PH
Able to communicate in Mandarin is preferred as customers and delivery staff are Mandarin speaking
Job Description:
Provide courteous support to customers, delivery staff, and vendors.
Handle inquiries on delivery status, scheduling, and services.
Manage inventory and assess daily replenishment needs.
Verify and track material deliveries.
Receive, log, and store incoming packages; ensure timely distribution.
