Sales Manager (Knowledge in Chinese Medicine) - Up To $8,000 + Bonus

Working hours : Monday to Saturday | 9am to 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $8,000 + Commission/Incentives + Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Monitor inventory of herbal products, supplements, and treatment supplies.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and licensing requirements.
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs for services and retail products.
Develop marketing strategies to increase product sales.
Attend to customer inquiries and provide professional product recommendations.
Handle feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of TCM principles and products (preferred or required).
Experience in clinic or retail management.
Practicing TCM Physicians are most welcome to apply.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate Chinese speaking clients
