Admin Assistant (Warehouse/Contract Role) – Up to $20/Hr - CONVERTIBLE TO PERM
Location : West - Tuas (Company Transport at Jurong East, Boon Lay, Hougang & Bedok MRT)
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $20/hour + Pro-rated AL + Pro-rated Medical Leaves
Duration : 3-6 months contract (Can Convert to Permanent role)
Industry : Manufacturing – Industrial Piping
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate & follow up on warehouse activities
Responsible for documentations related to receiving, storing & shipping materials or finished goods
Understand, maintain & responsible for documentation of department activities
Work closely with other department to ensure smooth operations flow
Any other ad-hoc duties deemed fit and necessary by the Supervisor/Manager
Requirements:
Minimum O' Level.
Must be computer literate.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak Mandarin
