The Opportunity:

Work Hour: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Adecco is partnering with a renowned leader in the field of water filtration solutions which offers a wide range of innovative products and technologies to Original Equipment Manufacturers. We are looking for experienced Production Supervisor responsible for strategizing, planning, and execution of daily manufacturing activities to meet production goals.

The Job:

Lead a team of technicians and production operators to meet daily production output, quality performance, productivity and cost.

Resolve and handle line related issues and understand equipment capacities or constraint to identify, handle and resolve bottleneck situations.

Drive continuous improvement programs for operational excellence.

Coordinate and provide support for new product introduction activities

Collaborate with management, internal stakeholders and contract manufacturers regarding project status, progress and issue resolution.

Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and site safety through hazard identification and prevention.

Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

The Talent:

Bachelor's degree in engineering.

At least 5 years' relevant experience in manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge in manufacturing management principles and concepts, as well as quality systems.

Demonstrated background in Lean Manufacturing and driving continuous improvement projects.

Experience in writing Standard Operating Procedures for the factories and various production performance reports.

Knowledge of safety requirements.
