Position : Sales Executive (Pharmacy/Retail Medical Hall) 

Location : Loyang (Few bus stop from Pasir Ris MRT)

Working hours : Monday -Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm

Salary (Depend on experience) : Up to $5500 Gross (Up to $4200 basic + Transport allowance) + $80 mobile + AWS + High Commission (quarterly basis) + Medical benefits + 14 days annual leave

Main Responsibilities:

Service existing accounts and expand the product portfolio penetration in each account.

Develop plans to expand customer base in retail pharmacies and general/lower trade,

including but not limited to medical halls, super/hypersmart, convenient stores, etc.

Drive healthy sell in & increases off take of company's products portfolio in the designated territories.

Propose, develop and execute sales expansion strategy, new accounts and product

penetration strategy and trade terms, in consultation with Key Account Manager.

Monitor results and adjust strategy when necessary.

Ensure adherence to customer coverage and frequency of the assigned territory, defined by the organization.

Ensure excellent customer service quality.

Keep up-to-date with new product knowledge and market intelligence.

Reports submission – frequency to be defined by BU as deem fit

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications

Diploma/Degree in any relevant field. A background in a scientific discipline or a combination of scientific knowledge and sales experience would be advantageous.

Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in key accounts management with focus in retail

pharmacy industry & lower trade /wholesalers.

Ability to identify challenges and present solutions to Key Account Manager.
