Position: Quantity Surveyor (Office Renovation)
Location: Lavender
Working hours: 5 Days Work Week (9am to 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:
To assist in in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
To analyse costs for maintenance and additional building needs and then negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
To maintain proper documentation for all tenders.
To source of quotations and evaluate quotations received from suppliers and sub-contractors.
Requirements:
Possess at least a diploma in relevant studies with at least 1 year of relevant experience in office renovation.
Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
Team player & excellent initiative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking suppliers and contractors.
