Position : Retail Sales Consultant (High-End Furnitures/Uncapped Commission) - Up to Gross $5,000
Location : Downtown - Bencoolen (Near MRT)
Working hours : Monday - Friday 10.30am - 8pm | Saturday to Sunday shift hours (2 weekend off per month)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Up To $3000 + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus + OT payable + 16 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
Handle client inquiries and update them on company info, promotions, and events.
Review and update customer orders weekly.
Maintain accurate client records in the system (GP) and databases.
Host company events and attend trade shows as needed.
Assist in training new staff on systems, policies, and procedures.
Manage showroom duty roster for optimal staffing.
Ensure showroom cleanliness and presentation.
Coordinate with the warehouse on delivery updates.
Requirements:
Minimum of Higher Nitec Level with at least 1-2 year sales experience or relevant experience.
Independent and proactive.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients who can only speak mandarin.
