The Job:
Analyze market trends and customer insights to shape product strategy and enhancements
Collaborate with R&D to develop practical, market-ready packaging solutions
Support go-to-market activities, including product positioning and promotions
Coordinate with HQ on product feasibility, design, and global standards
Provide product knowledge, training, and support to regional sales teams
The Talents:
Degree in Business/Marketing/Science or relevant discipline
3-6 years working expereince in product development/specialist/marketing in Packaging/FMCG/Industrial/Medical
