Position : Shipping/Logistics Executive (Freight) - Suntec City
Location : Suntec City
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate with relevant parties (eg. buyers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines) to arrange shipments and ensure cargoes shipped out as per schedule.
Prepare and process shipping documents, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin for custom clearance at destination
Prepare LC shipping documents in compliance with LC requirements and handle LC shipments
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, laws, and company policies.
Work closely with Trading & Accounts departments to ensure smooth operations.
Any other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
Min GCE “A” level or Diploma in any field, preferably in Logistics or Shipping Operations
Min 2 years’ experience in logistic planning and shipping documentation
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
