Position Title: HR Executive
Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

The opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a MNC Japanese Manufacturing company. We are looking for a full-spectrum HR Executive to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle matters.
Coordinate employee welfare initiatives such as benefits, insurance, and leave administration.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data is updated in HR systems.
Support performance review processes and assist in employee confirmation and probation matters.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and related processes with relevant authorities.
Organize and support staff training, development programs, and engagement activities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in an HR Generalist or Executive role,
Exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR policy compliance, including the drafting of HR policies and employment contracts, as well as handling work pass applications.
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
Self-driven and independent, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
