Position: Software Operation Executive (HR Software)
Location: Kallang
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage HRM software applications
Analyze HRM software performance and suggest improvements
Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards
Act as a liaison between business teams and operations
Prepare reports on operations and software efficiency
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in software operations support
Knowledge of HR software
