Position : Sales Admin/ Coordinator - Customer Service (ERP/CRM System)
Location : Gambas Crescent
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6:30PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + AWS + 14 Days Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Receiving and processing sales orders via phone, email, or customers' online platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, maintaining healthy sales orders and fulfilment of orders in our ERP system.
Maintaining and updating customer records, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
Compiling and analyzing sales data, generating weekly/ monthly reports, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assisting the sales team with various tasks, including preparing documentations and coordinating logistics.
Maintaining organized records of sales transactions, customer information, and other relevant data.
Interacting directly with reps and partners for local and overseas queries. Your tasks may range from addressing their queries and keeping them informed about their orders, to handling any issues or complaints they might have.
Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
Familiarity with sales software, ERP/CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
ITE business or engineering certifications.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
