Salary Range: $2,500 - $2,700
Location: Central
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6pm
Job description:
Handle enquiries (calls and emails) from the employers and employees.
Assist to e-route digital forms and CRM cases to relevant team
Ensure that employers and companies meet regulatory standard
Manage consent mailbox and replies.
Manage queries and appeals related to quota or local workforce issues
Requirements:
Must be computer literate and know MS Office
Experience in admin or data entry experience is preferred
