Personal Assistant Job in Singapore


Job Description

Position           : Family Personal Assistant - GOOD BOSS!!!


Location           : Sentosa


Working hours      : 5 Days/Monday-Friday 9.00-6.00pm


Salary             : Up to $8000 + Yearly 1-2 months of Performance bonus + 14 days Annual leave + Medical coverage 


Duration           : Permanent






Main Responsibilities:


Coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and family activities.


Handle travel arrangements, reservations, and logistics.


Manage household staff, vendors, and service providers.


Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all personal and family matters


Oversee personal errands, shopping, and gift arrangements.


Assist with event planning, hosting, and family gatherings.


Maintain records, documents, and payments related to family expenses.


Coordinate yacht maintenance, servicing, and inspections.


Manage yacht crew, schedules, and compliance with regulations.


Plan and support family trips on the yacht, ensuring safety and smooth operation.




Requirements:


Prefer candidate who has a few years of working experience as a Personal Assistant


Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
