Provide expert product knowledge and assist clients with recommendations to drive sales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain the boutique and shop floor to high visual and operational standards.
Manage stock, process transactions, and support administrative tasks accurately.
Requirements
Strong interest in luxury watches and willingness to learn about watch products.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but fresh candidates who are keen are welcome.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
