We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, foster client relationships, and support the gallery's daily operations. This role offers the chance to work closely with international teams and contribute meaningfully to the global art community.
With over five decades of history, our gallery is a key player in the international art scene, known for championing Japanese post-war and contemporary art. With a strong presence in major cities across Asia, we provide a platform for both established and emerging artists, while building lasting relationships with collectors worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Promote the gallery and build strong relationships with collectors and clients
Execute artwork sales and manage related transactions
Develop and implement sales strategies and targets for the team
Track performance metrics and report on sales progress
Support day-to-day gallery operations and exhibition management
Coordinate with sister galleries in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Beijing, and Seoul
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the art industry
Degree in a related field such as arts, history, philosophy, or humanities
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
Quick learner with the ability to multitask and work efficiently
